If you are looking for a more private way of training. I have the equipment to be able to get you where you want to be in the 'comfort' of your own home or garden. The great aspect about training at your own home is that you won't feel intimidated by an overcrowded gym floor. 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 are available with home based sessions. Prices range from £25 - £36 per session depending on location.

A fun, energetic atmosphere with a group of people motivating each other and pushing themselves to the limit can trump any form of exercise programme. I keep the group sessions small so plenty of time can be spent with each client. That way, unlike big exercise classes and bootcamps, no one is overlooked which reduces the risk of injury. Group training is far more sustainable for a lot of people because it is both affordable and fun.

Join a group of 6 guys on the Muscular Development Camp. This male only camp sets out with the goal to lose fat and increase muscular definition and size:
  • 2 sessions per week on Mondays and Thursdays @ 6am - 7am.
  • Nutritional advice, goal setting and food diaries.
  • Before and after tests and measurements to track progress.
  • Train in small groups (6) in an empty gym specifically designed for the camp.
Join a group of group of 6 ladies on the Bootique Camp. Limited spaces available on the camps. This female only camp sets out with the goal to lose fat and increase muscular definition and shape:
  • 2 sessions per week on Tuesdays and Fridays @ 6.30am - 7.30am.
  • Nutritional advice, goal setting and food diaries
  • Before and after tests and measurements to track progress
  • Train in small groups (6) in an empty gym specifically designed for the camp.

Exercise Referral

An Exercise Referral is a specific and formalised programme whereby a medical professional refers a patient to a fitness programme often based within the community. Exercise Referral Instructors are aware of their professional role boundaries and are able to support clients with the following medical conditions:
